The main dining room centres around the open kitchen and binchotan grill. Watch the chefs work the charcoal as you dine. Warm wood, low lighting, and the haze of smoke from the grill create an atmosphere that feels more Tokyo backstreet than Chancery Lane.

Descend to the intimate basement bar for sake flights, Japanese whisky, and cocktails. A quieter, more contemplative space for those who want to linger. The collection spans junmai to daiginjo, with rotating seasonal selections.
