These terms govern your use of the The Azuki Room website at theazukiroom.com and any reservation, private event, or other booking made through us. By using this site or dining with us, you agree to these terms.
Reservations
Reservations are handled by our booking partner, OpenTable. By booking through OpenTable, you also agree to OpenTable’s terms of service. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking where necessary, including where guest behaviour disrupts other diners or where the restaurant is closed for private events.
Tables are held for fifteen minutes after the booked time. Significant late arrivals may result in the table being released. Large parties may be subject to a deposit or cancellation fee, which will be made clear at the time of booking.
Private events
Private dining bookings are subject to a separate written agreement covering deposits, minimum spend, cancellation terms, and menu selection. Please contact info@theazukiroom.com for details.
Allergens and dietary information
The Azuki Room is a halal kitchen serving non-alcoholic dishes throughout. We are not a dedicated allergen-free environment, and our kitchen handles common allergens including fish, shellfish, soy, gluten, sesame, and tree nuts. Always notify us of allergies at the time of booking and again on arrival, and our team will guide you through suitable options. Menu descriptions are accurate at the time of publication, but recipes may change without notice.

Website use
You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with its operation, or scrape its content for commercial use without prior written permission. All images, copy, and design are owned by Bloodstone Ltd or used under licence.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Subject to that, our total liability arising from any single dining or booking experience is limited to the amount you paid for that experience.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be resolved in the English courts.
